Current Openings
1. Medical Transit Specialist (Full-Time & Part-Time)
As a Transit Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You will safely operate our fleet vehicles, assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, and ensure they arrive at their medical appointments comfortably and on time.
Requirements: Clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and a compassionate attitude. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training can be provided).
2. Fleet & Logistics Coordinator
Help keep our fleet moving smoothly. This role handles vehicle scheduling, routine maintenance tracking for our fleet units, and coordinates with local drivers to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and proficiency with logistics software.
3. Dispatch & Customer Care Representative
Be the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and families. You will answer incoming calls, book transportation requests, and communicate directly with our drivers on the road.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, empathy, ability to multitask, and a calm under-pressure attitude.
